Pianist, accordionist, arranger, composer, teacher. Graduated with full marks in Jazz Piano - Second Level Degree of Jazz Music at the “Conservatorio di Musica A. Buzzolla ” in Adria. The eclecticism he developed in the instrumental ambiguity leads him to be part of musical formations of different genres, from piano solo to big band up to symphony orchestra. In his discography, which ranges from traditional jazz to more contemporary ensembles, produced by famous jazz labels such as "Dodicilune" and "Alfamusic" he participates both as a pianist and accordionist but also as arranger and composer.

 

He has played in various festivals, theaters and jazz clubs throughout Italy including: Torino Jazz Festival, Rovigo Jazz Festival, Trento in Jazz, Cesena Jazz Festival, Torrione Jazz Club (Ferrara), Zingarò Jazz Club (Faenza), Bonci Theater (Cesena ), Masini Theater (Faenza), Diego Fabbri Theater (Forlì).

He has been collaborating, among others, with: Gabriele Mirabassi, Barbara Casini, Fabio Petretti, Massimo Manzi, Stefano Paolini, Paolo Ghetti, Michele Francesconi, Cristina Renzetti, Emilio Galante, Nicoletta Fabbri, Giorgio Babbini, Alessandro Scala, Gianluca Nanni, Stefano Travaglini and with the Convervatorio di Musica “Bruno Maderna” in Cesena as pianist and accordionist.

He recently published a method on the modern piano with Volontè & Co :

" The Piano - a modern approach " for Pop, Jazz and Complementary Piano courses.

He carries out an intense teaching activity in different music insitutes such as “ A. Corelli Music Institute ” in Cesena, “ A. Masini Music Institute ” in  Forlì and “ I. Caimmi Music Institute ” in Cesenatico. Besides the one-to-one classes, he organises masterclasses and workshops such as “ Music Camp ” (of which he is also artistic director) and “ Marco Allegri Summer Jazz Course ”.
